- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure the legitimacy, clearance and value creation of deals
- Facilitate and support international clients and their stakeholders to manage risks/returns, through our transactional and investigatory experiences, insights and independence

- Advising on market access barriers in public procurement markets
- Advising on issues originating from allegation of accounting/financial fraud
- Advising on legal and compliance matters concerning export / investment control and enforcement
- Defense in governmental investigations regimes concerning export / investment control and enforcement
